I am Garrett Howard

Hello! My name is Garrett Howard, and I am a 17 year old filmmaker. I am a senior at Olathe Northwest High school, and a member of the e-Communication Academy, studying video production. I am particularly interested in Cinematography, and I have been the Director of Photography for almost every project I've worked on for the last 2 years. Although I am primarily a cinematographer, I am also a skilled writer, director, editor, and a good communicator. I was recently selected to be the Cinematographer for the e-Communication Academy 2021 Feature Film: “Cursed”, where I learned a lot about filmmaking and got to improve my cinematography skills. I have written my own short film and music video as well, and I am confident in my ability to tell stories, written and visually. I will attend Colorado Film School through Aurora Community College in the fall, where I will major in Cinematography
